- in a bag mix chicken, herb & garlic mix & olive oil! you can use right then or let it marinade it over night!.
- preheat oven to 375°.
- in a bowl mix tomatoes, bread crumbs, onion, 1 peeled string cheese stick & Italian seasoning!.
- cut chicken in half long ways & stop in the middle! stuff chicken with tomato mixture! put in casserole dish!.
- Peel the second string cheese stick & lay cheese on top of chicken! then sprinkle on some bread crumbs.
- any left over tomato mixture can be put around chicken!.
- bake uncovered for 25 minutes! Enjoy!!.
